We are a group of fans who are dedicating our free time to work on a fully animated bishoujo game called "School Days". We started the project back in April 2006. Unfortunately, due to staffing issues and pure laziness the project didn't actually take off until the early months of 2007. Even now we are still working towards a release.
Our FAQ is up! Please visit the forum to see it.
25 | Testing Positions Closed |
Thank you all who contacted me. I have received enough applications to fill the group, so I now consider this position filled. If you didn't get an email, it was probably my spam blocker. It was actually filled last week, but I was too lazy to update the site, so yes it's my fault. Anyway, as far as progress goes, unfortunately a release is still a long way away. This game is different than the other games in the fact that it's fully animated, does not use any popular visual novel engine, and brought to you by the same lazy programmers as Summer Days (I think). I know Gadget Trial was done in a reasonable amount of time, but come on, we're lazier. - Kanna
15 | Testers Needed |
This should be easier to do: I'm looking for testers for the first alpha of our localization patch. Applicants should be prepared to experience lots of bugs and crashes, and also be able to communicate test results effectively; none of that non-descriptive "It's broken." stuff. If you think you're up to the job, email me kanna@sekaiproject.net or drop by our forums. - Kanna
07 | June Update |
Well guys, here I am again. There was no update news in May because, well, we were still trying to get organized. Anyway, here goes. So, here's the progress so far. We have up to episode 2 translated (hooray!), but unfortunately our then-motivated programmers decided to be lazy. Their laziness follows up to this day, where they haven't really done anything, and have recently disappeared into the unknown. If you two are out there and are reading this right now, you should check your email and get back on IRC! This bad news then brings me to another request for help. Preferably people who are willing to work. The requirements are obviously some knowledge of reverse engineering programs, like using IDA. There's really not much else I can tell you. We have several issues with the game engine that's holding back our progress, and we really need some help in the programming department right now. As always, you can email me (kanna@sekaiproject.net) or post in the forum. - Kanna |
