If memory serves right, it is a scene from the makoto-sekai-kotonoha 3 way from one of the episode 5's (school roof scene where you get to choose which to do). I believe you hit this if you take the route to Kotonoha slicing necks off.

I believe this scene also followed another full out 3-way that took place at Makoto's house. . . It was a good arc. . . I need to look up if it can lead to the Sekai stab or Koto slash ending (the game gives you a choice which girl you want to have sex with... choose wrong and get a horrible very bad ending... choose right and get a harem ending...). The 3 way at Makoto's house was comical since Sekai did not see it coming at all. Good memories.
